Convenient location, clean rooms
Our stay was enhanced by the friendly staff who provided helpful dinner reservations. The complimentary snacks and drinks each evening were a delightful surprise after exploring Tokyo all day!
While the lobby felt more like an office space and slightly stained, it didn't detract from the overall cleanliness of the hotel. However, the lack of a more inviting lobby was a minor disappointment.

i was almost ready to give a glowing review, but then i noticed that the lobby carpet was absolutley filthy and the breakfast options were less than gourmet. it’s a shame i didn't get a complimentary welcome drink, as a refined guest like myself deserves some special treatment. don’t plan on refining your mornings here, that's for sure.

Dyson hairdryer, spacious connecting rooms, excellent cleanliness
Towels feel too thin for a hotel of this caliber!!! A wider selection of international TV channels would enhance the experience!!!

The room was spacious with a luxurious bathroom that had both a shower and a bath. Free snacks and drinks in the lounge added a nice touch after long days exploring Tokyo. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from Shimbashi station.
The lobby carpet could use a good cleaning.

comfortable stay with minor issues
The staff were incredibly helpful, going above and beyond when our luggage was delayed. The location was perfect for our family, with easy access to Shimbashi station, minimizing our travel time. We especially loved the free snack lounge on the 2nd floor, which made our evenings more enjoyable. The personal touch of breakfast served in a wooden bento box was delightful!
However, the lobby carpet could use a thorough cleaning.
